Entee Global Services' WebRes technology is the ferry operator's system of choice - a web-based reservation system which allows your customers to compare ticket prices amongst all available ferry operators and book online, directly through your own website.
Amendment System
The WebRes Amendment System is an external system that allows all bookings made through our online booking systems to be viewed and revised if necessary. Apart from just viewing the bookings made by the customer, the amendment system allows us to take additional payments, make refunds and even amend or cancel a booking. This system gives us a complete picture of all dealings with a customer.
